Many people think that being a waiter is easy and that anyone can do it, which is partly true.

With good hospitality, you can control the guest, with your service you can create an overall experience because it is not only the food that is at the center of a restaurant visit.

To provide good service, you need to have both personality, psychological thinking and be responsive to the needs of the guest.
Learning the background of the history of hospitality can be useful for practicing the profession, and there is a lot of history if you are open to learning, and I will write about that here among other things.

But to provide good service, there also needs to be a structure in the restaurant among those working in the service department, and clear leadership.
