Ensure that staff get protein and nutritious meals

Working as a waiter takes a lot of energy and there are many steps during a shift. The basic rule is that you should eat before coming to work, but this varies depending on what you agree with your employer.

Since it is a heavy job for the waiters, it is good that they get a steady meal that is protein and nutritious during the shift to replenish energy, this does not necessarily mean that they need to sit down to eat, but they can eat standing up to be a little up to date to go out on the floor again.

That it’s still a meal and not just fat and greasy food that’s fried, but it should be a meal that fills your stomach and that you can stand for a few hours.

And waiters appreciate a little snack late in the evening and night after they close the restaurant.

Ensuring that staff get good food is not only a union agreement, but it shows that you as a restaurateur care about your staff.
